HE ARRIVED IN MEXICO CITY, MEXICO

We were so excited to get an email from Elder McDonald saying he made it to the Mexico CCM (MTC) in Mexico City.

"I made it to the MTC!! Mexico City is the biggest city I´ve ever seen in my life. My companion is Elder Hallman!! He´s cool. The traffic here in Mexico City is super bad like 10x worse than portland. My P day is friday which starts not this week, but neek week. Also it's confusing typing on a spanish keyboard haha. Anyways love you guys and you´ll here from me next friday!!"

Back story on his companion Elder Hallman -- I "met" his mom through the magical world of social media. We discovered our boys were both serving the Chihuahua mission and reporting the same day, so we've been chatting...often! So, for our boys to be companions in the CCM is crazy awesome! (I hope Elder Hallman can sleep through snoring and sleep talking)...

Anyway, can't wait to start getting regular email from him! And really hoping to get a phone call from him on Mother's Day!
