This week was super awesome to start and the weekend was pretty rough hahaha. Well to start off we have an investigator that's progressing and she was one of the last ones we expected, cause shes a pregnant 14 yr old but she reads the Book of Mormon and all the pamphlets we give her and wants to be baptized. We also found a very good investigator who we believe was pre-prepared for us to come and teach. Ironically she's also an under-aged girl who's pregnant.... This is kind of a common thing here in Mexico... also marriage is legal at 14 I think.... Idk it's very different here!
Anyways this weekend I felt really bad and we continued working, we did service, and we proselyted. It wasn't until I got home that I had a 101 degree fever hahaha. I was advised by the mission president to stay home that next day to rest. But we still taught a few lessons haha... Anyways I'm out of time bye love you guys!!!!!"

So, I was online "chatting" with Davis and he told me he was typing my email, so I signed off -- but I never got his email to me. I'm so bummed. But in our chat, he told me he was sick Friday and said the mission president's wife told him to go to the doctor, so he went to the free clinic behind his house. He said the doctor didn't "diagnose him" with anything, but gave him pills and he's feeling better. He also said the MP's wife called and checked on him a couple of times. It's Davis's first time getting sick (that I know about) while on his mission and I was thankful he has a "mom" there to take care of him while he's so far away from me. He said he had a cough, sore throat, and "nose problems." I'm glad he's feeling better and back to work. But I'd be even happier if I got my email. Haha!
