WEEKLY UPDATE #27
This landscape of Chihuahua reminds me a lot of Tri-Cities, Washington where we live.

"Hey everyone!!
This week we didn't have much time to do missionary work with all of the ward activities and trainings we had. Not much happened this week besides that we found a new family to teach and the first lesson went really well with them! And my zone did a play for the stake activity!! Sorry i don't have much time to write this week here's some photos."
My thoughts on this is, write about your ward activities and trainings. Haha! You'd think I'd be used to his short emails by now. At least he sent a lot of pictures! Which I can tell from his smile he's loving his mission! And he's writing in his journal. He's already 75% done with his journal he took.
Regarding Halloween/Day of the Dead: "There was nothing hahahazhahaha. I only saw one person with a painted face. I hardly saw anyone trick or treating and if i did they were like 5 yr olds. We didnt celebrate or anything but i did take a day of the dead photo."
In the letter to me: "Their hearts have softened a little bit. We met a new family to teach this week and the lesson we had with them went really well!! Yes were teaching an old lady who recently told us she believes our church is the true church but this sunday she was sick so we will have to wait another week to baptize her. My role in the ward is be one of their missionaries hahaha... other than that ive served the elders quorum president and he owes me a lot of hamburgers hahaha!! We have poor areas and also super rich areas that are gated with security and sometimes theres super nice houses in poor neighborhoods. We have an oven and a microwave and washer.... we dry clothes outside."
Elder McDonald
Elder Canache in their place. I can see English posti-it notes to help him learn English.
Beautiful sunrise or sunset?
Davis was a little stressed yesterday because he had to take 3 buses to pay the electricity bill and he was late, so they didn't have electricity last night and had to take all their refrigerated items to the zone leaders. Lessons learned. :)
