"Hey everyone! 

This week went pretty bad... We were supposed to have a baptism, but the guys son took him to a catholic priest and he told him "If you get baptized with them youll be betraying God" ...and ya the guy didnt want to get baptized anymore. We´re working on it.

Also today we had changes! I finally got switched, Im sad cause I left my son Elder Canche but Im really excited for new opportunities to come! Also I was in my last area for 4.5 months so I was ready for a change! My new area is in Parral, Chihuahua, México. Its a tourist area and it looks like an Italian influenced city. Its the most beautiful part of the state of Chihuahua! Ohh and it snows here!! I dont have any fotos of the city right now I´ll get them to you guys next week! My new comp is Elder Jimenez he´s super cool and we get along really well! Can´t wait to get to work here! Bye Love you guys!!"

"Things are going great right now, i got changed out of my area finally right?! hahaha i was there for 4.5 months. Now im in Parral its a small tourist town and it looks alot like italy hahaha. Its super cool here and its supposed to snow this thursday. Its also the most beautiful part of the state of chihuahua. My new comp is Elder Jimenez who also doesnt speak english hahaha. Hes super dope we get along really well. 

we have a mission party and a ward party this month but i dont know which days. Yes we are doing #lighttheworld but here in mexico its called #iluminaalmundo and we have super cool pass along cards to give to people we talk to in the street.

"i thought they didnt change us... they called me really late at night! Normally they finish calling the changes like at 10 and we didnt get a phone call so i told Canche well i guess were staying! But then they called me at like 1030 saying that i have changes and i was up til 12am packing hahaha! Dont worry i slept in the 3 hour bus ride! Someones gonna finish Canches training but im still the dad... the new guys like the step dad hahaha! My new comp is elder jimenez hes super cool and we get along really well! 

Things have been really well! I wrote texts to my families here! And i wrote some letters to my investigators. The guy that we were supposed to baptize son took him to a catholic priest and the priest said if you get baptized with them youll be betraying god... so ya he didnt want to do it... But were working with him, i dont think he understands the authority very well so were teaching him from the start again. I hope Canche and his new comp can fix the situation.

I asked Davis if he heard Elder Hallman (his first companion in the CCM) landed in Chihuahua and he said, "I know Serrano called me! I think ill call them tonight to see how the first day went. WERE MISSION BROTHERS! I will see them soon were going to leave friday morning and we leave Sunday night. I will be spending the night at other missonaries homes for 3 days. I think theyre gonna let us do what we want cause its not our area and we dont work there idk maybe ill go contacting in their areas hahaha."
