WEEKLY UPDATE #72

September 22, 2018
"Hey everyone!
This morning we woke up at 4am and climbed "Cerro Grande." Yes, that may sounds familiar, that might be because I've climbed it like twice already hahaha. Anyways were went so early trying to see the sunrise over the whole city of Chihuahua but it was super cloudy and we couldn't see it haha. Anyways this morning was super tiring. In the afternoon I went to my old area to see one of my old investigators get baptized. It was an awesome experience. When I got there his kids (my converts from arquitos) ran and hugged me! His wife also is one of my converts from arquitos but she didn't run to hug me hahaha. For those of you who don't know that's one of the missionary rules, that we can't hug girls hahaha. Anyways it was awesome cause now all of them are baptized!!!
Overall this week has been super tiring. On thursday we had a ward party and our investigator came with his wife (girlfriend), his toddler, and his super inactive dad. It was awesome to see him there cause he hasn't been able to go to church yet. We gave him a tour, and he loved the church! He got along really well with the members and even made a friend. He asked us where the baptismal font is and how baptisms are performed. He really has shown a lot of interest and I really do think he'll get baptized. Hopefully he can come to church soon as he still has work on sundays. We're praying so that he can get a day off soon. Anyways love you all!!"
