WEEKLY UPDATE #75

"Hey everyone!

This last monday I started a special asignment. Im training the next secretary and Im learning my next area at the same time, so Im gonna be doing a lot of splits. My next area is gonna be Villa Juarez 2 here in chihuahua in the only stake I havent been in yet in the city. Im kind of famous here in Chihuahua cause some of the members here had heard my name before. It might be because Ive been in Chihuahua city for a really long time now hahaha. Ive been in the city for almost 13 months now and Its weird that I know the streets more than the streets back home. I hope my next area after Villa Juarez will be outside of Chihuahua. My next area after this one will probably be my last area, which is really weird to think about. Anyways Im glad that Im gonna have a normal area and be a normal missionary again! The area looks super awesome it is a huuuge area to learn in so little time. We will see how much times I get lost though once I come here permanently. Anyways Love all you guys!!!"

Still no pictures. He said his camera still hasn't shown up and his companion doesn't use his camera. I hope something gets figured out because I'd hate for him not to have pics of his last 6 months in the mission. 

Davis said his companions are Elder Vargas in the office and Elder Hernandez in Villa Juarez ("a good buddy from the mission"). He said, "It's been awesome working like a normal missionary this week.

Davis met with the audiologist Tuesday and he said that the doctor said he can start using hearing aids when he wants to. He's going back in on Thursday to try them out and see what he thinks. Then we'll take care of it when he gets home in 6 MONTHS!!!
